Merhabalar, ben Mansur Hoca 2006 yılından itibaren özel okullarda Fen Bilimleri Öğretmenliği yaptım. Yüzlerce öğrenci yetiştirdim. Ülkenin önde gelen Devlet ve Özel Fen Liseleri ile Anadolu Liselerini kazanan birçok öğrencim oldu. Peki nasıl bir metodolojim var? İyi bir eğitim-öğretim süreci geçirebilmek adına öğrencimi en iyi şekilde tanımak isterim. Nelerden hoşlanır/hoşlanmaz, ilgi alanları nelerdir, geleceğe ait hedef ve hayalleri neler, çalışma temposu olarak nereye kadar zorlayabilirim... vb. Öğrencimin kendine hedefler koymasını isterim. Yazılı sınavlar, LGS, ortaöğretimde gitmeyi hedeflediği okul vb. Unutulmamalıdır ki; "Hedefi olmayan bir gemiye, hiçbir rüzgar yardım edemez." Sonrasında öğrencimin seviyesini ve hangi öğretim metoduyla daha başarılı olacağını belirlerim. Ardından kullanacağımız kaynakları belirler ve öğrenciye uygun bir ders çalışma programını yine öğrenciyle birlikte hazırlarım. Böylece öğrenci kendini, beraber hazırlanan bu programa uymak zorunda hisseder. Derslerimi olabildiğince eğlenceli hale getiririm ki öğrencimin derse olan dikkati ve ilgisini en üst düzeyde tutabileyim. Derslerden sonra ödevlendirme yaparım, ve öğrencimin ödevlerini eksiksiz yapmasını isterim. Başarının sırrının disiplinli olma ve planlı-programlı bir çalışma olduğuna inanırım. Ünite ve konu sonunda yapacağım sınavlarla anlattığım konunun anlaşılıp anlaşılmadığını belirlerim. Anlaşılmayan kısımlarla ilgili gerekli tekrarı mutlaka yaparım. LGS öğrencilerine yönelik "Yeni Nesil Soru" çözümlerine ayrıca önem veririm. Konuları hızlı ve kavranmış bir şekilde bitirdikten sonra deneme sınavları yaparak, öğrencimin kalan eksiklerini de tamamlar, sınava en hazır bir şekilde girmesini sağlarım. Planladığım bütün çalışmalarla ilgili velilerimi mutlaka bilgilendiririm. Öğrencimin başarıya ulaşması adına öğretmen-veli iletişiminin ve işbirliğinin çok önemli olduğuna inanırım. 8. sınıf LGS dışında; ilkokul ve ortaokul 5-6 ve 7. sınıflara yönelik dersler de veriyorum. Özellikle pandemi süreci boyunca okulların devam etmesi gibi bir olasılığın olmadığı görülüyor. Bu nedenle bu sınıflarda ki Fen Bilimleri konularını öğrencimin seviyesine uygun olarak anlatırım. Derslerimi; öğrencimi sıkmadan, dikkat ve ilgisini en yüksek seviyede tutacak şekilde eğlenceli ve ilgi çekici bir şekilde anlatırım. Yapacağım küçük deneylerle de derslerin kavranmasını desteklerim. Derslerim 1 saat üzerinden veririm. Anlattığım konu bitmemiş olsa da ders saatimi uzatmak suretiyle esnetirim. Yeter ki çalışmamız eksik olmasın.
